As I told you a few posts ago, one of the projects to be published in 2012 will be COMIC21, a comic book project in help for the Association for Children with Down Syndrome, which is going to be published next Spring. An initiative created by Jose Antonio Bautista (JAB), which son, called Hugo, is a child whose father describes as “A happy and sleepy kid with down syndrome”.
The comic book project will involve short stories created by professionals and amateurs from the comicbooks industry and have to say thanks to Jose Antonio for letting me collaborate with this story. You can find more information in his FACEBOOK and TWITTER pages.
For this Project I have write and draw the short story called “CONVERSATIONS AT MIDNIGHT” which tell us the story of Marina a small kid with down syndrome and Rudy, a young vampire who is gonna have the worst night of his no-life. Wait, you said a vampire? YES. I said Vampire. As we started to think avbout stories with down síndrome kids, I though would be good to use any kind of stories, so, I am sure you will see Marina is not helpless, and you´ll gonna ejoy this midnight conversation full of humor sense. So enjoy the preview and don’t forget, COMIC21 ON SALE NEXT SPRING!
