No dibuja en ningún comic, no hace portadas, no ha ganado ningún premio eisner, pero cada uno de sus trabajos me vuelve loco sencillamente, esta semana uno de mis “compañeros” en  deviantart gallery, las cabezas de jbrant047!

IT HAPPENED ONE DAY: MARVELS!

¿Alguna vez te has preguntado, como sería el mundo si los superhéroes fueran reales?, Marvels es la famosísima historia de Alex Ross, que cuenta la historia Marvel desde el punto de vista de la calle, dividida en cuatro episodios, atravesamos el tiempo desde la II Guerra mundial, amor, odio, guerra, alianzas e incluso el día  del juicio final. Marvel nos cuenta como lo vivieron las personas de la calle, aquellos que no tienen poderes y un punto de vista humano a una Era de Maravillas. Leedlo, confía en mí.

Have ever wonder how the world would looks like if the superheroes really exist? Marvels is the Alex Ross´s all famous story, which tells the Marvel story from the street point of view. divided in four episodes, we travel across the time from IIWW, running trought the dawn of mutantkind, hate, love, war, alliances, and even the judgment day!. Marvel tells the story of how the normal people lived those days, those who does not have powers, the human side of the Age of Marvels!

3, 2, 1... GUEST STARRING! ADI GRANOV

Dicen que los diseños para el traje de la película, se hicieron posibles, gracias a los diseños de este artista, y es que no solo piensa en dibujo, piensa en 3d, es decir piensa en como se podría construir y hacerlo posible, además de en cómo dibújarlo… me explicaré. Esta semana, Adi Granov. Conocido como el hombre que le puso las articulaciones a Ironman (siempre me he preguntado como demonios doblaba las rodillas…), también podemos disfrutarlo en muchas de las portadas de Marvel Actualmente, X-men, Black Widow, Hércules y actualmente en SIEGE: EMBEDDED. Su estilo me gusta porque es elegante, unos lápices muy realistas y expresivos, retratista, y muy incisivo en los detalles, a veces un poco hieráticos, y con un efecto en los uniformes y trajes que parecen parte de la piel de sus personajes, y eso si, uno de los mejores sin discusión, que dibuja maquinaria. Esta semana una de las ultimas “Young gungs” de Marvel, el arte de Adi Granov.

 

I hear once, that the design for the Ironman Movie, were possible because of his pencils, and it is because he does nit think just in the pencils, he thinks in 3d. I mean, he thinks about how to built it, how to make it possible...I will explain myself. This week, Adi Granov. well knowed because he is the man who gave joints to Ironman´s armor (I always wonder how the hell does he move the kness...) we can enjoy his art too in covers of  X-men, Black Widow, Hérculesand actually in  SIEGE: EMBEDDED. His style likes me, because of it is smart, an astonishing real pencils and way expressive, almost portraits and well pointed in the details, sometimes a little bit stoned, and this effect in the uniformes and costumes which seems to be part of the skinf of the characters, and of course, he is one of the masters in the machinery design. This week one of last "young guns" from Marvel, this week the art of  Adi Granov. 

IT HAPPENED ONE DAY: ABSOLUTE POWER!

Ups, parece que se publico el borrador y no la definitiva, jejeje, que fallo…

Erase una vez, el matrimonio Kent de kansas que se encontró con una nave espacial que venía del cielo, portando al pequeño Kal-El en su interior.
En otra ciudad, los titulares publicaban: “El matrimonio Wayne asesinado por un ladrón, a las afueras del cine local, el joven Bruce Wayne, único superviviente…”…o no fue así?
Esto es Absolute Power, una historia publicada en Superman / Batman nº 14 a 18, dibujada por Carlos Pacheco y Merino, y guionizado por Jeph Loeb,  donde nos presentaban un futuro alternativo (que me gustan están historias) donde Clark y Bruce, habían sido criados por la Legión de Supervillanos liderados por Lighting Lord, Cosmic King y Saturn Queen.
Cargada de grandes momentos apocalípticos, muertes llamativas, algunas muy llamativas, saltos en el tiempo, saltos entre realidades y muchos muchos personajes invitados que harán las delicias de los amantes de la realidades alternativas, esta semana, mi recomendación semanal es ABSOLUTE POWER, ¿Me pregunto si harían una película animada con esta temática?, aprobarían su contenido?, juzguen ustedes mismos con la imagen que acompaña a esta recomendación, SPOILER WARNING!

In another City, the newspapers said: "The Waynes murdered by a Burglar, young Bruce Wayne is the only survivor..." or did it happened in another way?
This is Absolute Power, a story published in Superman / Batman nº 14 a 18, pencils by Carlos Pacheco & Merino, and written by Jeph Loeb,  where they showed us an alternative future (I am so into this kind of stories) where Clark and Bruce, were raised by the Legion of supervillains, leaded by Lighting Lord, Cosmic King and Saturn Queen.

Full of apocaliptic moments, good battles, great deads!, some of them way impressive, jumps in time, jumps across realities and lots of guest characters which are gonna rock to alternatives realities fans, this is my recommendation for this week, ABSOLUTE POWER, I am wondering, if the are going to make an animated movie about this story? would they let the hard scenes be showed? what do you think, watchign the  page below, SPOILER WARNING!
